If I am reading the error message correctly, your registry thinks that the HDM12 Suite installer should be in the subfolder of "...\AppData\Local\Downloaded" and it is apparently not there, which is why you can't find it. Something deleted it, corrupted it, so HDM12 Suite has no idea how to uninstall itself. Make sure that you have "Show HIdden Files and Folders" checked under Windows Explorer, Tools, View. See if you can find the file. There is a also a free file search utility, called "Everything" which is much better than the Search function in Windows Explorer.

You could try a "Forced Uninstall" using Revo Uninstaller Pro (30-day free trial). It might be able to get rid of HDM12 Suite.

Hope this helps. Have a great day.

    Regards,
    -Phil

Perhaps try re-installing HDM 12 over the top of itself to repair the uninstaller.

[Assuming that you have backup images...] Restore an image that doesn´t have the problem and uninstall from it.

Use SearchMyFiles to try to find HDM12_Suite_ea_xU.msi and then try to run it manually. The problem is it may require command line options which are not evident. If you actually have HDM12_Suite_ea_xU.msi on your system, you will have to ask Paragon's tech support what the parameters are. It might be easier to search for:
    HDM12*.msi

    Good luck.

Can someone answer my question about deleting System Restore points during copies for my Partition Manager boot CD? This started happening when I upgraded to an SSD. Why did Paragon do this? Now I can't make backups without deleting my Windows System Restore Points.
