It might be a conflict with KIS. But why would you want to combine Kaspersky with SS? Or do you disable the HIPS?

    Kaspershy has no anti keylogger.
Needed antilogger to combat the new exploits, I had been keylogged before without Kaspersky detecting it.
I disabled the HIPS, conflict continues, the conflict is at application level not protection level.

I'm very surprised to hear this, AFAIK the HIPS in KIS is quite advanced.

New version 10.1 and great news...I quote the whole text
"SpyShelter 10.1 is a big step towards better privacy protection. SpyShelter Free Anti-Keylogger is now working with 64 bit platforms and it includes a limited Keystroke Encryption driver. SpyShelter Premium and SpyShelter Firewall also received a new advanced feature – user defined protected files list.

SpyShelter Free was released on June 2010 and it was dedicated for 32bit operating systems only. Since then it’s anti-keylogging capabilities were evolving together with SpyShelter Premium and SpyShelter Firewall. Today, we lift the 32bit embargo. From now on SpyShelter Free Anti-Keylogger (yes, the name has also changed) supports Microsoft Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10 32&64bit.

On top of that, it is equipped with a limited keystroke encryption driver. While SpyShelter Premium and SpyShelter Firewall encrypt keystrokes of all applications, SpyShelter Free Anti-Keylogger keystroke encryption driver is limited to major browsers only (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera Browser).

NOTE: Microsoft Edge is not officially supported by our keystroke encryption driver. It might work on some machines, but we do not guarantee it at the moment. This applies only to keystroke encryption module, keep in mind that your Edge is still protected by standard Anti Keylogger modules and System Protection (HIPS) – as you probably already know SpyShelter offers two layers of protection against monitoring malware.

You can read more about differences between SpyShelter Free Anti-Keylogger and paid versions here.

We have also added a new feature for advanced users – It is now possible to create a list of files that will require additional permission when a process tries to access the file – Read more here.

    SpyShelter 10.1 Changelog:

    – SpyShelter Free Anti-Keylogger now supports 64bit systems
    – Free version offers now limited keystroke encryption feature
    – Fixed a crash that occured in Network List
    – Fixed a freeze problem in Windows 10
    – Added early support for Windows 10 build 10520
    – Other small improvements and fixes"
    https://www.spyshelter.com/blog/spyshelter-10-1-released/#more-5519

And brand new feature - Protected Files
"By default SpyShelter protects critical system files. With this feature you can define your own list of file and folders and protect your sensitive data against unauthorized access, for example by ransomware.

This feature is for advanced users only.

SpyShelter will prompt an alert window if one of the listed files will be accessed by a process. Each new process which will try to access the file will generate new Alert window. The alert can show up on Read attempt or Read&Write attempt.
There are two categories of protected files – General and Personal."

Screen from my system...as we can see "Restrictet apps" are renamed to "SandBox" and it looks the same as previous

Slightly OT, but does anyone know of a current discount for Spyshelter Premium?

I am impressed with Spyshelter team, they make regular updates.
Unlike competitor Zemana, not updated their Antilogger for 9 months and refuse to give release date for Windows 10 version..
Only problem is Spyshelter have no forum to report problems, now I have problem of firefox flash plugin slow and freezing when Spyshelter running.

I'm really liking this new free version, installs quickly, has antilogger protection, encryption for major browsers and a partial hips component, which works well. Absolutely no complaints so far.

What do you mean with this? You do realize that the paid versions offer a couple of other important protection options?

Yes it works quite nicely. I wonder if it will entice users into upgrading to the paid versions.

SpyShelter has always been glad to help me with any issue I have had using their support helpdesk. It's pretty painless to open a ticket. https://www.spyshelter.com/helpdesk/

BTW, do any of you guys are having problems with putting your system in standby? My system often hangs when going into standby, it started after I installed SS Free 64 bit. The other security tools that I use are EXE Radar and Sandboxie. I removed MBAE, but that didn't solve the problem.
