Nice, I thought agnitum may have abandoned the firewall.

Has anyone tested it on XP as yet for performance/responsiveness?

microsoft just signed the OSS drivers monday, which was what they needed for win10, before going public. OPFW & OPAV versions will likely be released when the beta ends.

p.s. - if the support links to leave agnitum engineers a message do not work in your browser, try the 'contact us' link at the very bottom right of the support page.

Windows 10 tells me that Outpost is a NO GO.

How much time did these people have to get it to work on 10? Other software companies are ready. It's the only program that was on Windows 7 that is not compatible- including the beta.

Got an idea that I'm not happy? I have 6 licenses. You can bet I am not happy.:(

not sure I understand as windows 10 allow the beta to install fine - assuming you have the right version x32 or x64 bit. In a VM both work fine for me but on my real machine the x64 bit version is not very stable

You have to uninstall the previous version first. Backup configuration if needed. Start in Windows Safe Mode, run clean.exe in Outpost's folder and wait for it to finish and restart automatically - it will take some time. Then, install the beta which you will currently find in Agnitum's first page, not the Suite's page.

The latest version is running really slick for me. :thumb:

Seems lighter too - especially the first reboot after install (this used to be very sluggish in earlier versions as it was creating rules for all the software starting up).

NO I said all functions would not activate without rebooting and since I run Quietzone, I can not test it because all changes are gone after reboot, including any reg changes.
