    Anytime Ida. :)
Sometimes it is better not to give any ETA date. Many developers do not tell any possible date for release because when time is over and new version is not out yet then some users may start to complain about missing release. Let's give time for Zemana developers, so they can fix reported bugs and improve it. :)

@kinder2 You can also keep an eye on their RSS feed to get notification about new versions. :)

Yes I agree, from a business point of view, it's not very smart. Or perhaps ZAM is the new "cash cow", so perhaps I'm wrong. :D

They need money from ZAM first, that is why they are ignoring ZAL
I tried alternative SpyShelter 10 in the mean time, it is working good for Windows 10 when you dont install incompatible antivirus software. I suggest people can use it until ZAL is updated to Windows 10.

    @ida15
Are there still plans to add a real-time protection on ZAM?

This was still on 2.16.x, but it is not mentioned in the changelog so probably applies to 2.17 as well:
When you disable AUTOMATIC upload of unknown files, you disabled upload of unknown files completely. When it is disabled ZAM only gives a warning in the scan window, but there is no way to manually upload the unknown files, they're not even listed.

You are wrong :) Our team is working hard on making our products run smoothly on Windows 10, we want to make it perfect. The wait will be worth it :) Please be patient :)

    Thanks!

    Thank you Kardo :)

We are not ignoring ZAL by any means :) Zemana AntiLogger is our flagship product and trust me, we are working hard on making them Windows 10 compatible. Just be patient, it will be worth it :)

    Hi
Yes, our team is working on the real-time protection around the clock. @Emre TINAZTEPE is you guy here :) Real time protection coming soon.

There is no manual upload of files, we do not do it. If auto upload is ON, files are uploaded. If OFF, no files are uploaded. However you can send feedback in regards to a particular file with "send feedback" button. Also, you can the use option: "Report as safe" if you want to particularly report an unknown file that you have as safe.

Have a great Monday everyone and best regards :)

    Ida

Imho, then the wording should be changed to reflect that uploading is disabled completely. Now it seems as if only the automatic part is disabled.

    Hello,

    See the image below:

    Bez naslova.png

I think it is pretty self explanatory. You check the box for auto upload, uncheck if you would like to disable it.

    Makes sense?

    Best regards,

    Ida

Yes, but as it says AUTO upload, and beneath that AUTOMATICALLY upload. That seems to imply that there is also a manual upload.
In addition, the first option Auto Lauch, uses the same wording, but manually launching ZAM after system startup is of course still possible.
I may be nitpicking here, but I was confused by it. On the system I was testing it on, I turned off Auto Upload and after the scan was complete, there was no option to manually upload unknown files or not even just a list of unknown files, so I was under the assumption that all files were known. When I ran it again later with Auto Upload turned on, it was uploading quite a number of files, so I discovered that it wasn't the case.

    Hi again,

Yes I understand your point here.

The below "Automatically upload sentence" is the explanation for the "AUTO UPLOAD" above so once you check or uncheck you know what is going to happen :) That's it. It doesn't imply that there is a manual upload.

You are not nitpicking, I understand you. Please feel free to share/ask everything with me, that's what I am here for :)

You can just report or send feedback to us as I wrote in the previous comments. The manual upload option is not available.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,

    Ida
