Wow, you are quick, actually I deleted my post thinking it would have been better to send the few FPs I found via email. Quick question, does reporting FP via GUI also alerts the cloud?

    Hi Ida,

It is great to see you here too. :)

    You mentioned that:
If possible please add option to scan signed files too (because there are also available signed malware files).

PS. I am Kardo from MalwareTips. ;)

    Regards,
    Kardo

    Hi Kardo,

My apologies for the late reply I was sick, well still am :(

And I remember you, and I love all the security forums :)

Now in regards to your suggestion: "If possible please add option to scan signed files too (because there are also available signed malware files)", yup added :) quick right? :)

But we have a white list of digital signatures such as Adobe, Microsoft and etc...All else is scanned.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,

    Ida

Ida, hope you get better soon. :thumb:

Is there any chance we might see ZAL and ZAM combined into a security suite in near future? Seems like ZAL is the forgotten sibling right now. :D

    Hello,
It looks like there is an issue with exclusions. Can you please send me the "%LOCALAPPDATA%\Zemana\Zemana AntiMalware\settings.db" so we can inspect the problemin detail...

    Thank you so much :)

hehe ZAL is definitely not the forgotten sibling, as ZAL is our first baby, our flagship product hehe :) and just as ZAM we are constantly working on improving it :)

ZAL+ZAM-Security suite-well not quite yet...But we will take this into consideration.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,

    Ida

I am waiting for AntiLogger to become compatible with Windows 10, how much longer will it take?
Competing products SpyShelter and KeyScrambler already have Windows 10 support. Zemana is beginning to disappointing.
The last time AntiLogger was updated is December 2014, I think Zemana is making a mistake by neglecting AntiLogger.
People use Zemana for its AntiLogger, not the AntiMalware which other companies do much better.
Zemana should make its AntiLogger work on Windows 10 first, before doing any more work on AntiMalware.

    Hello Kinder2,

We are currently working on it and it will be available when Windows10 is released. Thanks for your understanding.

    @kinder2 Please be patient.

There are several products by Zemana. So it takes some time to make all Windows-based products compatible with Windows 10. They are not developing products for Windows only. There will be soon product for our smartphones. :)

Please also note that Windows 10 RTM released only few weeks ago.
Both products are good, not just AntiLogger.. ;)
I saw many malware-pack tests where AntiMalware performed very well. It is quite new product and needs some time to gain more market.

Finally, Zemana staff is very friendly and responsive to feedback which I really like. :thumb:

I wish all the best to Zemana staff. Keep it up. Looking forward to new release(s). :)

    Regards,
    Kardo

Windows 10 was released 3 weeks ago, 29/7. And before that there was Technical Preview builds available for developers for many months. If competitors SpyShelter and KeyScrambler got their Windows 10 compatibility 3 weeks ago, you can understand some people might wonder why Zemana cannot do similar.
I will continue waiting because I like Zemana, it has people like ida15 friendly on forums, but if you can give customers an idea of when your Windows 10 compatibility will come, it will help them plan ahead and be grateful.
I admit KeyScrambler is not good, it is protection for only specific programs, but the longer Zemana delays AntiLogger Windows 10, the more people might switch to SpyShelter, which has a strong kernal based key encryption.

Sorry I was wrong to judge Zemana AntiMalware too quick. My point was simply, there are so many antimalware products on the market, but only 2 good antilogger products on the market. It make more sense for Zemana to make sure its antilogger works, than the antimalware. I only say this because all the recent Zemana updates are for AntiMalware and none for AntiLogger. Then again perhaps Zemana needs to get AntiMalware out fast for financial reason that Im not aware of.
Zemana staff should continue forum interaction, I like it, none of the other competitors do this! Good luck.

Thank you for your kind words, we try to be friendly as much as we can :)
Like my colleague Emre said, we are currently working on it :) Please be patient.

We are a small team and we believe each user should get as much as possible help and feedback from us, and that's one thing that also makes us different from our competitors :) We value each user we have, because you guys are what matters to us!
Zemana AntiLogger is our flagship product, thanks to it users recognize us and immediately tie AntiLogger to us. We are working on both updates for AntiLogger and AntiMalware. Stay tuned and please feel free to check Zemana product release notes.

    Thank you!

    Best regards,

    Ida
