Hello! https://singularlabs.com/software/system-ninja/ Anyone use it? Pros, cons. Especially comparison with CCleaner (it highly resembles) is welcome. It even uses the Winapp2.ini.
Used to use it, and found it to be good, and safe. At some stage the free installer began to include some OpenCandy offers, and don't know if still the case. There is a Pro version also. There were some earlier Wilders' threads about comparisons etc, and here are some references. https://www.wilderssecurity.com/threads/system-ninja-2-1-available.302601/ https://singularlabs.com/software/system-ninja-pro/ https://singularlabs.com/kb/list-of-recommended-apps-in-system-ninjas-installer/
Thanks a lot for the links. My bad I didn't search this forum enough to find your thread. I may give it a try. Though I have tried many cleaners but always reverted to CCleaner. It is just perfect, doesn't clean too much or too less.
No worries @pegas and you are very welcome, nice to speak to you. I am still interested in this app also, and your thread might bring some info and opinions of value. I use CCleaner also, but mainly look to PrivaZer for a good, deep clean, sometimes, so not sure if I want 'Ninja' also, lol!
Yes, PrivaZer is a good tool but having CCleaner I feel being more on the secure side. Moreover CCleaner gives more granular settings of applications cleaning, exclusions, inclusions and so on. On the other hand PrivaZer better handles the free space cleaning.
May check this out as CCleaner in increasingly being 'messed with', especially as SingularLabs is also the home of CCEnhancer. Looks like portable only comes with Pro. Any more recent views (since 2015) on safety? I think devs are having a problem keeping up with Win 10 and Firefox, for example, these days. Even CCleaner has had issues recently.
