What is the best sync software, free or paid, for Synchronize 2-way ? Meaning it keeps Drive A and Drive B with the same files. So if you delete something from Drive A it is deleted from Drive B or the opposite.

I have been using Syncfolders ( http://www.syncfolders.elementfx.com/ ) for at least 2 years since moving away from synctoy. Highly configurable and the syncs are fast. Professional looking GUI and has many features, including Copy, Backup, Sync: Source to Destination including USB, external storage, partitions, scans ie simulations without actual syncing, errors detail, total MB moved, copied, as well as number of files deleted, and much more.
