Funny thing is, in the last few days I am not getting any reply. Either I have been blacklisted for causing too much noise on their support email, or simply can't deal with torrents of support queries :)
Regardless, I will try again Monday morning, as during the weekend no one checks mails.

Hmm that would not be a good idea on their side to ignore you and every one else who likes this software and tries to communicate with them. Maybe it has something to do with the negativity they got lately, but at such a moment I would try to win back trust by communicating better with those who report/request things. But that is of course easy said for me, but maybe not for Qihoo.

    Any way thank you. :)

When I click on 'check for updates' it comes back saying that my virus database was updated to the latest version, 2015-05-06. Are they really 2+ days behind?

Btw, I'm considering a 'downgrade' to 360TSE as I don't use the Cleaner or Patcher. Since I'm running on a 7-yr old laptop would doing that result in lower resource utilization (by 360)?

It should help with resources. You could do with TSE, plus going on balanced.
When doing risky stuff, or something smells fishy, crank it up on Security.
When done with it, back to Balanced. Try to get a feeling for it, see what feels right for you.

@GakunGak - Can you help out with this problem I'm having?

    I'm using TSE.

If you go to the Log - Behavior Blocking tab, there is no way to undo an action. Let's say I blocked an action by accident and now I want to do undo it. How do I do this in TSE?

If you go to Settings - Block List tab, the item isn't listed there.

    I might....
    If you:
1: DID NOT click "Remember this action" and blocked, try to restart and reproduce action that prompted that message, then remember it and allow all. That should do the trick.
2: DID CLICK "Remember this action" and blocked, then, well, ~ Snipped as per TOS ~... In that case, try to manually add executable/folder in trust list, to see if it will function normally. If not, reply back and I will try to send someone a report/wishlist for history of user interactions.

I am waiting for your reply :)

@Tarantula As far as I understand, it happens with EVERY video you download via this addon?

    Hi I have TSE Version : 6.0.0.2016 on Win8.1 X64 ...
Whenever the PC wakes up from sleep mode , the real-time protection is no longer available . If I have a malware sample on the desktop or otherwise in a folder unpack it does not recognize TSEs .
Only the on-demand scan , he finds it . but when the PC is booted it recognizes it move or unpack immediately on . sorry for my english translated , am from Switzerland .

False positives are still a significant problem. I think any security program needs to recognise legitimate Microsoft software as safe. Multiple warnings regarding Microsoft Malicious Software Removal Tool. Wearing a bit thin.

I will report this asap and report back any reply.

    This should not happen.
Please be kind to provide OS version.

Understood, I will report this as well.

NOTE TO ALL: If I don't report back, it means there is nothing to report. Any reply I receive I will deliver here asap.
