These are the extensions that I use... 1. LastPass: Only remember one password - your LastPass master password. Save all your usernames and passwords to LastPass, and it will autologin to your sites and sync your data everywhere you need it. 2. RequestPolicy: Control which cross-site requests are allowed. Improve the privacy of your browsing. Secure yourself from Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) and other attacks. 3. Tile Tabs: <-------This needs to be a default feature in future Firefox versions (Very useful) Tile Tabs allows tabs to be displayed in tiled layouts within the Firefox tabbed browser content area. In each tiled layout, tiles can be arranged horizontally, vertically or in a grid, and tiles can be re-sized by dragging splitter bars. Tabs and links can be dragged to open in new or existing tiles. The scrolling of tiles can be synchronized. A tiled layout can display tabs from more than one Firefox tab group. The Firefox tabbed browser paradigm is fully maintained. Tiled layouts are achieved by presentational changes rather than functional changes. All features (menu commands, url bar, search bar, tabs buttons) continue to operate as normal. Layouts can be created and tabs can be tiled individually above, below, left or right of the active tile. Tiles are arranged in groups - where all the tiles in a group have the same width or same height - and all the tiles in a group are separated by splitters all with the same orientation (horizontal or vertical). Tiles can be displayed with a tab button for each tile - or with a single tab button for each layout. Individual layouts can be saved, opened, deleted or set as the default layout. In addition, all of the currently open layouts can be saved as a single Multi-Layout. Tiling is performed using Menu Commands, Keyboard Shortcuts or Drag-and-Drop of tabs and links. 4. uBlock Origin: An efficient Adblocker that is easy on CPU and memory. 5. WOT: WOT is a website reputation and review service that helps you make informed decisions about whether to trust a website or not when you are searching, shopping or surfing online.

For now, I think I will wrap my head around the beta Request Policy and uBlock (both pack a nasty punch when used in unison)... gotta spend some time creating a perfect blend between my addons, since some overlap (some miss things entirely)... @silat well, I have never heard of any of those addons... time to do some learning. That just blew me away; I hardly ever see a user that has everything I have NEVER heard of before... lol
Here Context Search X enhanced considerably my browsing by allowing to add search engines to the search bar and the right click menu.
That is why I use uBlock with RequestPolicy, they work so well together and like you said...both pack a nasty punch when used in unison. I would have to say uBlock, RequestPolicy and LastPass are my got to have at all times extensions.
FlagFox, I completely forgot about that one, I'll have to tack that on my list. Thanks to your image I'm able to remember that extension.

Firefox-ublock with dynamic filtering , gorhills version and noScript set at "default allow mode" which to quote, "Allow Scripts Globally, switches NoScript in the "Default Allow" mode. Only sites and objects explicitly marked as untrusted will be disabled. Other important security features, like Anti-XSS protection, HTTPS enforcement, Clickjacking protection and ABE will still be effective, though." Palemoon-ublock, default static filters only and noScript.
Windows 7 Adblock plus NoScript Classic theme restorer XP Adblock plus NoScript Classic theme restorer Download YouTube Videos as MP4 I used Download helper for a long time but when their latest version came out, I switched to Download YouTube Videos as MP4. NoScript and Adblock plus have been installed in my computers for at least 6 years and are not going anywhere. I love the way both addons work and have never caused any kind of issue for me. And Classic theme restorer. Great, is the word I use to describe it. It helps me make Firefox function and look the way I like my browser to be. Bo

Currently, for Firefox version 37.0.1, I have... 46 active extensions: about:addons-memory, Adblock Plus, Blur, BrowserMasquerade, Calomel SSL Validation, Certificate Patrol, Classic Theme Restorer, CookieCuller, Disconnect, Download Manager Tweak, Download Statusbar, DownThemAll!, Element Hiding Helper for Adblock Plus, Fasterfox, FEBE, FireFTP, Flagfox, Flash Video Downloader - YouTube HD Download, Flash-Aid, Flashblock, FlashGot, FlashVideoReplacer, Force-TLS, Forecastfox (fix version), GoogleSharing, Header Spy, Heartbleed-Ext, Hola Better Internet, HTTPS-Everywhere, Interclue, Nightly Tester Tools, NoScript, OptimizeGoogle, Perspectives, SafeCache, SafeHistory, Show MyIP, Smart Referer, SQLite Manager, Stealther, Test Pilot, Tweak Network, Ubuntu Forums Menu, Update Notifier, User Agent Switcher, Video DownloadHelper 5 disabled extensions: Beef Taco (Targeted Advertising Cookie Opt-Out), BetterPrivacy, FireGloves, ShareMeNot, Ubuntu Firefox Modifications The reason for the disabled extensions is to access certain websites that have a problem with those extensions - mostly on Windows-oriented server websites having to do with privacy related issues that the website cannot handle well for my Firefox browser setup. Some extensions are long tagged as no longer able to be installed. However, if you have retained an extension's specific installation directory (Use the Help/Troubleshooting Information selection of Firefox which is under the ID Column) of files when installed, I have found you can continue using extensions by updating the maxVersion variable located inside the install.rdf file. Specific examples in the list above are SafeCache and SafeHistory among others reputed to be obsolete. The main reason most extensions become "obsolete" are that the developer stops updating the maxVersion variable in the install.rdf file. -- Tom
Looking at some of the extension lists on this thread would seem to indicate that most users are on high-spec computers. My extensions for firefox are thus: Wot. Flagfox, Ublock. I see no reason for anymore as i dont want to turn firefox into a xmas tree.
