Use it like it. Over the years on many different cell phones I've used Lookout, Roboscan (other name), Dr. Web, BitDefender Free & others. When they get bloated, intrusive, payware or ineffective I change. And right now I've read Sophos protects Android the best. By default I think it only scans apps so I selected all files.
Is it light on battery? Can you guys test Realtime protection & see if it detects properly or little late? And also if it cleans/removes proeprly? I tested with AMTSO Android test. It detected apk & deleted. But the apk still remains in Downloads? And can you test if the apk is downloaded with any downloaders & opened with any file explorers, Sophos detects & cleans properly or not?
It is very fast at detecting and killing stuff and is light on battery use. http://www.av-test.org/en/antivirus...march-2015/sophos-mobile-security-4.0-151023/
excellent security suite, i use it for over 6 months now. no impact on battery life, no unneccessary messages, no bloat, nice interface. couldn't want more.
