    Others are noting it in posts to Emsisoft's forums.

    Anyone experiencing it. Any solution?

    If they can't fix it on their own forums, I doubt you would get any help here as well. I suggest you wait for an update to EAM to fix it.

    After a reboot, which I posted about in another Wilders thread a short time ago... I am, too, caught up with another request for a reboot.

    It seems to have something to do with Bitdefender signature database.

    @javagreen

    No longer developed, System Safety Monitor...but, still works fine on XP...When I saw that SSM popup, I knew something was up with EAM. It was not normal to see that when updating EAM, today.

    Thanks!

    Personally I wouldn't worry about it too much since it's a trusty suite (EMSI). Do you have beta updates enabled? Could be something with the beta updates.

    I wasn't particularly worried, but I still blocked it...I knew that EAM would still be functional.

    Yes and no....

    I just booted into the snapshot that has OA reinstalled after about 5 years or so since last using the program. My computer is running light, i.e. CPU cycles hardly showing. This is compared to my other snapshots that don't have OA installed.

    Proof is in the pudding! ;)
