Is there such a program on Windows 7 64-bit? If not, is there some sort of script or hackish way to do it?

The reason I'm asking is because I only have around ~30 GB left on my system SSD (due to games), and my data HDD isn't doing much better with only ~45 GB. Would appreciate anything constructive written on this matter. Thanks.

Except that those weren't installed by default... Well I guess there's only manual deletion. Maybe someone can share their batch script for that?
