Here is the latest version, it should be bug free. I was not planning on doing another release this quick, but there are a couple of bugs in 2.30 that need to be fixed.

I added the command line database, so all of the command line issues should be completely resolved. There are a lot of other small things that are fixed as well. Also, only one VoodooShield.exe should run when the user clicks on the VS shortcut, but please check Miquell to make sure ;).

Also, the only other thing I think we need to figure out is how the settings window takes a few seconds to load initially. It works great when the code is not obfuscated, but as soon as I obfuscate the code, it slows down. I really think this is the last bug, and I will work on it this week.

Also, there is a new silent upgrade that does not require a reboot, it works really well. It is not included in this version because I want to test it a little more before I add that feature. Thank you!

Edit: I just noticed one small issue when learning the Sandboxie commandline. It works, but the prompt is displayed in the middle of the screen and the command line is not shown, it is an easy fix though.

seems like 2.31c is blocking command line when i launch Internet Explorer. rundll32.exe on windows 7 64bit. PC is white-listed as well. IE still launches and appears to work.

    Hey Dan,
Yeap, I can trully confirm that, however clicking a shortcut on the desktop doesn't imply any effect, and therefore does not open the main window of VS (which runs in the background) and I think it should:doubt:??
I asked ichito to check the shortcut action, maybe someone else will be also so kind to check it and share his thoughts with us.
Apart from this little thing I have no issues to report - the latest version works great - stable and smoothly - great job:thumb:!

    Thanks Master Dan:),

    Hi Dan,
Uninstalled VS 2.30 and installed Version 2.31c beta. Running very smoothly without any issues so far.

Please try the latest version, I think all of the command line issues are worked out now... there were a lot of changes with the command lines, but I think they are all in great shape now, but if not, please let me know. BTW, there might be a couple of command line blocks initially, but it should not be an ongoing issue. The Sandboxie issue is fixed as well. Thank you!

Ohhhh, I see, maybe if VS is running already, the shortcut could open the settings window? I never thought of that, but that would be cool, thank you!

Heheheh, how funny! Actually, I think VS is finally bug free, so there will probably not be 3 new beta versions each day ;). I just have a few new features to add, and of course the KMD, and all of that should be pretty easy on my part.

What do you guys think about the blue color on this java window? I think it would look really good as an option for the VS GUI.

Does VoodooShield have a lifetime license option? I have seen mention of this and would be willing to purchase a couple if possible.

    Thanks

@VoodooShield - Any future plans to make VoodooShield a full running process/service, rather than a startup?

Although VoodooShield runs and performs quite well already, I think the program would benefit more if optimized as a full running process/service.

To me, this would improve start and shutdown times drastically, as well as the prevention of potential program hangs, which can happen sometimes.

I do like that blue, thank you, I will try it and see what it looks like. So I should replace the current grey with that color of blue and then maybe make the "active" tab grey or something, since it is blue now? Thank you!

Yeah, that does not surprise me, the entire command lines were redone, so there might be a hiccup or two for current users. Thank you for letting me know! I worked on the XP version earlier today and I will post a new version later tonight or tomorrow... it should fix the sluggish right click issue. I am testing a different obfuscator to fix the slow settings start, and so far so good, but I want to test it a little more before I release it. Thank you!

Hey RS11, well, not officially, but we can set some up for you if you would like. I think what we have done in the past is if you purchase a license that costs around $50 per machine, I can add 100 years or whatever to your account. But keep in mind, everyone on wilders will always have a free Pro license, so if you need one, just let me know. Just email me at support@voodooshield.com and I will set it up for you. You can use it on up to 10 (or so ;)) computers. Thank you!
