This is great! Before this, I have always been forced to use self-signed certs because cost (yeah, Im a cheap b*****d). Wilcard cert from CA companies just cost tooooo much ....
I wonder how they will audit subscribers. If it is looser than 10$ Rapid SSL certs, it won't make internet more trusted place.
Love this project. This will mean a lot in the grand scheme of things. I hope they have done their homework.

Is this related to Blogger's recent HTTPS push? Or is Google's "HTTPS Everywhere" initiative separate?
