    Salutations,

Would love to use Bitdefender Free Edition. If it only work with SandBoxie?
SandBoxie will NOT work with Bitdefender Free Edition. Sad!

The version number hasn't changed since 1.0.21.1099.
But Bd free does provide product updates i.e fixes & improvements.
I am running it on 2 Win 7 64 Bits system without any probs since the last version released.
And the signature updates are very often, mostly hourly.
And product updates are there. I have got product updates app 6-7 times wherein Bd free gave notification that product updated & system restart is required.
So it seems though the version number hasn't changed but they do provide product update i.e fixes, improvements, etc...
Lets hope with the release of Windows 10, a new version of Bd free is released.

I have been using it for over a year now and very little if any problems with it. It has been keeping my 4 pc's virus free. I also use their mobile AV on my android device. Excellent software.

Again, on my 4 PC's it has a conflict with SandBoxie.

Just a thought Moose what about the order of install, BDF then Sandboxie ?

I wouldn`t worry to much as you`ll always a find a more agreeable AV to run but you`d be pushed to find another Sandboxie.

    Regards Eck:)

Strange problem Moose, i'm running NVT Pro v3 non-beta, Mbam Pro, WinPatrol Plus, TinyWall, GlassWire, BitDefender Free, Sandboxie v4.14 in realtime and no problems.
I have another 2 computer's running TinyWall, GlassWire, Appguard 4.1.5.1, Sandboxie v4.14 and BitDefender Free.
    Both comps work without issues.
All my Windows versions are 7 not 8 tho.

Moose have you tried older versions of Sandboxie?
