Anyone ever try to open Ie 11 to find "blank page" in the top bar along with a blank screen? Back spacing "blank page" and restoring the home page through internet options and "apply" then "okay" seems to fix "blank page". Any thoughts on the cause?
Seven page thread here with different suggestion on how to fix this. http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/...page-and/f29aca42-ed0e-4714-a25c-62c55fb8984d There are a couple of suggestions which seem to work for quite a few people. perhaps let us know which, if any, fix works for you. (One fix in particular by a poster called Chris Grow on 28th March 2014 seems to be a popular fix)
Back space "blank page" from address bar, then type in your homepage address...then internet options..."use current homepage" then "apply" then "apply". This worked for me on IE-11. Hope this is helpful. Still wonder what causes this to happen?
Another method is to reset your pc...long and slow...but it works and might be preferred by new pc users.
