The only why is to stop the Service from running in Services. you set the service to Manual so it doesn't start. That's the only way I know of in windows 8/8.1

Small suggestion, I just ran Antivirus Remover and it asked me if I want to remove my currently installed Avira AV Pro. I know it's a simple click of NO but one might accidently click yes. I suggest no need for this question/pop up, most people simply want to run the tool to download the AV Uninstaller they want and if they need to remove their AV they can simply do so after the uninstaller has downloaded.

Also, for the AVG Remover, it only lists the x64 bit not the x86 uninstallers

EDIT: Nevermind, now I saw you can show both x86 and x64 versions.

Edit 2: I wish there was an option or a button to download all uninstallers in one shot and put them in folders to show what they are like AVG Uninstaller 2012 (x86)

That way, people like me who like to keep the most recent version of the uninstallers can do so easily

EDIT 3: When an uninstaller has been downloaded, I don't like that it asks me if I want to run it. I just want to download it, if I wanna run it I know how to do so

Thank you for your suggestions, I think about what would work out for the best. I'm working on a update now and I hope to post it soon.

Thank you, i do a lot of virus removal for my clients and most of them have multiple AV's installed. It's usually Norton and McAfee teamed up. Sometimes with even AVG thrown in there lol

Also if you right click the list in The program you list all antivirus installed on the October. Bear in mind that I'm using the windows security center to look.

I will soon be releasing an update soon.

Changes will include support for windows defender and possible download of all removal tools at once. Still considering that one.

Along with a few minor changes in prompts wording.

    Glad you like it.

Dear Brocke, I made a mistake in my suggestion last time to correct the Bit defender name, I told you it should be BitDefender, but upon checking their site, it's actually:

Bitdefender (no capital letter for the D)

    thanks

I just tried version 2.33 and am very glad that when I launched it, it didn't ask me if I want to remove my current Antivirus! That's what most people want! thank you so much. We just want a tool to download the latest uninstallers not remove our current AV :)

Thank you for listening to your users!
