Hi I've been reviewing items on my computer today and have unearthed THIS page of helpful advice: http://winhelp2002.mvps.org/unwanted.htm At the very bottom of the page it says: Copyright © 1998 - 2012 All rights reserved. Perhaps there is there a more up-to-date version of this page, but I've not found it. Can one trust that all the information is bona fide, being that it is supplied by Microsoft Valuable Professionals? I'd welcome your views. David B.
