Unless I missed something, all that means to me is an X user license can be used to be installed for an Android or PC or mobile device, doesn't say that the same license can be used across multiple devices.

Like in the past, you would need a diff. kind of license for mobile phones or tablets, but now with Multi-Device, that license can be installed to install on any device, but it doesn't say that you can use that same 1 user license to protect all your devices. Correct me if I'm wrong

That's correct, where I have seen other companies use multi-device to indicate it can be installed on a variety of different devices - at the same time. Panda really needs a big pack, like Bit Defender, Norton, etc. that cover most/all devices in a household. It's a pity as I cannot really justify the cost for nearly a dozen PC's here.

turning on scanning of compressed files imo makes it run much heavier, im also seeing a major boot up slowdown from running panda. once the syste, is booted its not bad but im seeing a large boot up slowdown.

what i was told regarding activation with panda was if you tend to format a lot and completely wipe the drive when you reinstall panda it will then tick off another activation because the machine id changes. so if you are going to run panda and format a lot make sure to make a baseline image to start from so you have the same machine info for re-installing it. i cant guarantee it is currently like this but this was the info i was given around the beginning of the year. it may be changed now or this person may have been wrong but they work for panda so i would guess they know or were able to ask if not.

Unfortunately Panda doesn't answer their emails, the contact number they provided on their site for UAE is wrong or no longer working, and their forums is dead. so how do I get some solid answers for my concerns? so much for VIP support.....

    @ Mortal Raptor

After your post, I ventured the Panda website-- Panda is way alive and well. Thinking I'll give Panda a spin within the next couple of days under Shadow Defender in lieu of Emsi Malware (Great, great software!!.. And yet.. futuretense.. ----> it's absurd at best to "pay" for an upfront AM/AV for the likes of trendmicro, norton, emsi, kasperski, bitdefender, etc.. IF a freebie like panda can continue to hold the fort FOR FREE!! But for you, Mortal Raptor, to assert that "Stay away from this fishy company!" ---- is total FUD and WTF at best. Good luck with negating the previous positive posts... and then, well, there is that little previous AV-Comparatives reviews to debunk... "seems like the company is dead."... yeah, NOT likely... Others with experience regarding Panda's support service please chime in. If necessary, I may have to revise my opinion (yes, I know, the there I's--- insignificant, inconsequential, and irrelevant) that the absolute best scenario for an AV/AM set-up is the "best" freebie on the market, Panda, backed up with Hitman Pro & Malwarebytes Pro. Way past time and I'm sure it shows... goodnight, and cheers to all.

When their support number mentioned on their site isn't a valid one, when no one responds to me via Twitter, when their forum is dead (most of my posts were unanswered for more than 72 hours), when the product has glitches which I reported to them by the way, sorry, I am just being realistic here..... I initially was praising it so much everywhere, then thanks to their horrible support, everything went down hill. I am a fair person, I don't dis a product for the heck of it. When it's good, I'll ensure everyone I know buys it

do you think I would be complaining if I was on trial bro? I'd simply move on....

I have a 2 year / 5 PC license and I have lodged a case against them via PayPal which paypal is reviewing at the moment and it's not Panda who responded (no surprise they have no support), it's ask.net who is their payment vendor

Good Evening! Mortal...I went through the same Protracted Nonsense with Panda A/V Cloud Pro. They stated that the Cloud Pro didn't issue refunds...and that their wasn't a Support Department. I had to apply for a refund through my Bank. Panda as a result is on my Blacklist. Sincerely...Securon

wow! I'm shocked to be honest. Thought Panda was a reputed company. Seems like a professionally done scamming company. so nice on the outside, no support, no refunds, the main reason for my refund request is the fact that after a few license, your license will be blacklisted since every new format generates a new MUID thus Panda will think this is a new pc you are installing the license on. Any AV which controls how many times I can reactivate on the same PC gets thrown out the window

Has anyone run into issues after upgrading Panda Cloud Free from 15.0.1 to 15.0.3 or 15.0.4? In my case, I found that if I opened a folder on a network share which had some very large files (VMWare images) my network usage went up and system responsiveness went down, presumably due to Panda scanning the files. Creating exclusions didn't seem to help and going back to 15.0.1 also seems to have "fixed" the problem...

MR: You are not alone :-(

    "For their bad customer service
and handling of this online consumer complaint
panda internet security software earns a
    5 Lemon Award"

    http://www.servicethatsucks.com/panda-global-protection.php

Too bad. It's an excellent product. Dumb company. Tech division works hard to produce a good product, sales and service division destroys it's reputation. Makes little sense.

Trend Micro,Kaspersky and others must have infiltrated it's customer service dept. :)

MR: You should think about providing that link when attempting your charge-back or whatever.
