    I like Windows Live Mail, the problem is not being able to add dictionaries like in Thunderbird

    Can you say what the full build number is? My copy of Windows Live Mail 2012 is 16.4.3528.0331, and I've had it for months.

    Many apologies. I'm not sure this was updated after all it's not installing on windows 8.1 for some like myself but 7 is ok and has been withdrawn from vista so my guess is that this build is the same as what was released in April

    No problem; I was just curious why it was appearing again on some sites which usually implies a new release, but apparently it isn't.
