    I wouldn't take what Tim Cook said very seriously unless they change there Terms of Service. I read it last night and they have loop holes the size of a few barn doors. Of course people never read those.

    The major one is unencrypted cloud backups.

    There are SpiderOak apps for both Android and iPhone/iPad.
