I am more than likely using the same Adguard settings as you, unless you have some type of special/custom filtering in place.

Anyways, no problems with editing or uploading - Tested in IE, Firefox, Chrome (All latest versions)

I would look into another piece of software on your machine, one that might be causing such issues.

@avatar In v5.9, userscripts were installed in this location C:\ProgramData\Adguard\userscripts, but in v5.10, I cannot find them anymore. Where are they installed now ?

We've moved them to the database.

And why do you need these files?

That was a good decision. Whenever I had to make changes to userscript, I had to change it in 2 places. One the local file and other inside programdata.

Now you can edit userscript from the program.

Anyone experience the following with the desktop version?

    1. On occasion (Not all the time), Shutdown and Restart can take awhile when Adguard services and startup items are running.
    2. When Adguard for Windows is disabled, webpages load faster.

I noticed if I disable Adguard for Windows - Shutdown, Restart and Webpages are a lot more faster/responsive.

    Anyone else?

Sometimes I can experience that, but I dont know if it is just a subjective thing.

    Which version of Adguard?
Which ad filters do you use?
Please take a look at Adguard network settings. Do you have "Use WFP driver" enabled or now?
    What antivirus do you use?

    Adguard for Windows Version 5.10.1156.5925
No special ad filters added by me, just have the default selected English filter, Spyware filter, Social media filter
"Use WFP network driver" is deselected
I don't run Antivirus, just Adguard Premium and Sandboxie

In case this helps, I am running Windows 8.1 Professional 64-bit

Are you sure about that because I have Adguard fully functional inside Sandboxie.

I've started using AdGuard for Firefox (I don't really use other browsers)....5.9 was running well for me...I was taming the memory use win cleanmem and it didn't seem to have any ill effects....After upgrading to 5.10 beta all was well, but 5.10 final did slow down my browsing....I wasn't going to say anything but given the replies here I wonder if there is a bug?...Did 5.10 final land at roughly the same time as FF30?

I have some more questions then.

    What browsers do you use?
What symptoms of this slowdown do you see?
Every website is affected or only part of them?

Soon we'll release patch for 5.10 which will fix some of bugs found after release.
Maybe we can understand what's the problem in your case and fix it too.

Firefox 32,IE 11 and Chrome 37 -64 bit.If i hover the mouse pointer over 'Alerts' Tab,it takes forever to display;can experience the slowdown while trying to upload a file/image or editing a post on Wilders Security Forums.

The same thing happens on Malwaretips.com as well.

Thank you! That is not slowdown, it is issue with Adguard's WOT extension (conflict with XenForo forum).
Will be fixed in todays extension update.

The problem was in lack of extensions testing. Now we have extensions beta-versions and I hope our beloved beta testers will make them much more stable.

Firefox 99% of the time, Internet Explorer 1% of the time.
Once and awhile (Not always), when I go to Restart or Shutdown my computer, it just takes about a good minute or two to accomplish what it needs to do. Once I disable Adguard, it works fine. As for browsing, it is fast when enabled, but even faster if disabled.
Browsing with Adguard is fine and is fast for the most part, but like I said, it's even faster if disabled.
