Wow, this took an awfully long time. https://reviews.freebsd.org/D473 Not sure about the status on NetBSD, last stuff I'm finding is that it has kernel support but few PIC binaries. OpenBSD has had ASLR for a long time. I found one article to the effect that its implementation is rubbish vs. Linux's, but that was on a blog that was roughly the BSD equivalent of LinuxHaters, so I will take it with many grains of salt. Anyway maybe stuff like this is why Linux and Solaris seem to have ousted BSD from the server market?
