Is this VPN configuration secure?

hello. I am trying to secure my internet connection using OpenVPN. Everything connects so this is a good sign but I want to be sure I chose a secure configuration and was hoping an expert could tell me.
My goal is to secure my connection from prying eyes of my ISP and anyone else.

Protocol:TCP
Mtu:1500
Compression: yes
Encryption:128-AES-CBC
TLS:yes

Unless you've omitted some options, it appears that you're using a shared static key. It's fine for a point-to-point VPN. The main downside is the lack of perfect forward secrecy. See http://openvpn.net/index.php/open-source/documentation/miscellaneous/78-static-key-mini-howto.html
