Cant log into ebay

Tried clearing cookies, resetting chrome browser, tried Firefox nothing , Windows 8 laptop. I don't understand . Btw i can log in via desktop windows 7.

 

help anyone 3 days?? trying to change PW just swirls around waiting weird. cleaned cookies , went into options in FF deleted ebay cookies in there to. Is this a windows 8.1 issue??

 

If you didn't change pw when eBay was punishing everybody with reminders for 2 months. Then they've finally locked you out. You'll have to call up to fix this.

 

Thanks i did it back then, and just then also PW sent to email. But when i go to log in takes forever then times out ! SO frustrating. Tried Chrome/ IE/ FF so far, which makes me think it's the Pc.

Solved restarted router!! crazy!! yay though........2days at this.

 

Glad you're sorted. Another self reminder before I start stressing about pc reboot & or reboot router. Number 1 fix in techs handbook or should be.
