Thanks, but I don't even consider to read them. Skip.

I always find these interesting. Mr. Kaspersky sure knows how to score well on a test.

Thanks Andreas. Antivirus programs are no longer part of my realtime security, but I do use Avast Pro for on-demand/right-click scans and for SafeZone.

I don't think it's just tests, Kaspersky has made huge leaps in the last 2 years, providing exceptional protection. I don't think it's possible to score so good in ALL tests just by adjusting your protection for those tests exactly (somehow).

    Indeed.

I wish there were Qihoo, Emsisoft and Comodo.

Exactly my sentiment. Kaspersky is the only consistently top scoring AV suite in practically every test out there. I'm definitely going back to them after my F-Secure 2014 runs out (even though the Finnish suite is excellent, especially since they massively improved performance in comparison to prior versions).

On the topic at hand, I like DTL's approach and the language they use in their reports, as they're not overly complicated, but understandable and logically laid out (at least for me). Very nice work indeed, Mr. Edwards.

Agree, Kaspersky is very very consistent with their results.

I was pleasantly surprised to see Norton do so well.
