Yikes, my latest download of Returnil says that I am not registered. But I did pay for Returnil about two months ago and definitely am registered. How do I correct this? Also, I have no idea what my registration code was. I do not have a copy of it. Thank you in advance.
Hi Bryan, Just to recap the support ticket, the registration was lost on the client with upgrade to REL 3 from REL 2. The solution was to reenter the licensing information in the client that resulted in the client showing as properly registered and a message with the notice that the license had already beed assigned to that client.
I lost my license and didn't know what it was anylonger so I had to get it back from someone at Returnil. I am now up and running again. Thanks.
