    Sorry, but this is Captain Obvious delivering a morning speech. Listen to people, give them tools and let them work. Eh? As opposed to what, piano wires and docking their wages when they make a mistake?

    I wish everyone would find the list of advice from the article as being obvious, but unfortunately that is not the case...

    If so, they need to be fired before you can say: I need an old priest and a young priest.
