   There's this member ( rado354 ) in that thread with zero post count. But there's a post by him in there.
   So how do I do that?

   That's not something that a member does, rather it is just an error similar to a duplicate post. Under certain conditions postings can go wrong. However, there are maintenance functions in most forum software to perform consistency checks that repair things like "last post" in a forum, reply count in a thread, member post counts and other things.
