We do have contacts at Zemana - if needed, we will definitely be reaching out to them :)

FWIW, been running these two alongside for about a month, no conflicts in win7/64.

I've found the incompatibility with Zemana/WSA and will have it fixed in the next update.

    Thanks for the help! :)

Is it still needed to reduce current security levels to achieve this as stated in your previous post?

You'll need to wait until the update to 8.0.x for it to be fixed - could you check to see if your version has been updated yet? (I'm not sure if we pushed out the update).

    Thanks!

What beta version are you running ? If it is 38 then that is why you haven't gotten any error message for I didn't either until I got version 40. A total of 8 error message now for the day.

Well gee, I am jealous then. What version of window 7 are you running then ( Home, PRO, or Ultimate ) ?

Also it did you have Zemana 1st or WSA? Just wondering about the install order or if you had to do anything abnormal ? Thanks.

Running the HOME version of win7 and WSA was already on machine when installing the Z. Don't know if that will make a dif or not....

Good news !! It may not be WSA problems after all. Zemana AntiLogger just came out with version 1.9.2.731 today and here is what news

Improved keylogger protection for Windows 64bit platforms
Added clipboard protection for Windows 64bit platforms
Zemana AntiLogger now supports Windows 8
Fixed the incorrect message about subscription expiration.
Fixed security issue in Anti-SSL processing with Firefox 7
    Fixed hibernation issues
Fixed several issues in SCM monitoring
Fixed some Japanese character display issues.

If you noticed I am running Firefox 7.0.1 version and one of the fixes they did was "Fixed security issue in Anti-SSL processing with Firefox 7". I deleted my Zemana logs to see if I am getting anymore attacks.

Drat !! I just got one. :( I guess you still need to look into this again.

That's odd, just checked and .525 is the latest version according to the Z update button on the program. Hmmm

What is the status of this ? I am still waiting on the fix here. In the meantime there has been several software update ( CIS, WSA, and Zemana ). Look at my signature. Thanks.

I'm afraid we may just end up being "incompatible" with Zemana in this sense as both products are doing similar things in the browser's memory.

Maybe WSA could "disable" some features when browsing, if it detects Zemana running on the machine?
