On a page on this site re firewalls, mention is made of ZA version 3.1.395 being out, and it says "not tested" yet. Anyone here, w/WIN 98se perchance, trying that ver. and if so, how goes it? Have downloaded two of their varied offerings, but have not tried them yet; still using free ZA 2.6.231 which seems to do a nice job (according to Steve Gibson's new nanoprobe ports test page). Still wonder now and then, though, about if that elusive perfect firewall is "out there..."
Thanks, for any info on this. -- SG1 (Pat)

Well, since no one has posted anything in response to this, and since I haven't used the ZA Free version since before the version you are on now, I can only suggest that you try the Zone Alarm support forums. You'll find posts there with the good, the bad and the ugly, for their products. (For example, with a current problem in ZAP support on W2K, they've got a previous ZAP version linked, and recommend people only use those until the problem is fix. Now that's helpful support!)
