    It is a good read but it is also ironic that there are three web bugs tracking visitors of the page. :D

    Funny rant but somewhat fatalistic;

    However, that's how things are today. That's where we, as a society, have put ourselves into. And that's why privacy is an illusion, in the web or elsewhere."


    It's up to people and their elected representatives (if applicable) to shape their world as much as they can.
    No use throwing your hands in the air and shouting; there's nothing we can do about anything!.
    Of course, to have any influence on shaping society, you have to actually make an effort. One bigger than just writing a rant.
    (Or writing a post about that rant...;) )
