    Partly. When using a proxy, it's probably better not to use the same home page as without a proxy, if you want to stay anonymous.

    Mostly, it's because I don't really have any one page that stands out as something I have to visit every time I start my browser. Also, in my old age, I've lost patience in waiting for pages to load, especially when it's one that I don't particularly want to see. Being the old, nasty curmudgeon that I am, I get extremely angry and irritable waiting for a page that I don't even want to see. :mad: :(
