It is marketing stuff from Microsoft. It does not do any real test. The site cannot give a score for opera browser. Mozilla has criticized it.

Internet Explorer scores 4 out of 4 for security?!!
Now if ever there was proof that MS are behind it then this is it.................

The whole IT world knows that the biggest hole in Windows is IE, god knows that's why so many system exploits are through this portal.

I use Chromium and the tool couldn't even determine my browser, how hi-tech is that??

Latest incarnation (IE9) its not as bad as you may think, on the contrary, it is very solid also compared to competition. The issue is not much about IE but the heavy cloud of vulnerable plugins and software around it. ;)
