How safe or unsafe is it to manipulate the services order of starting some of your security apps instead of SYSTEM to BOOT?

For example is there anything to be gained to have a HIPS or say SAS to load that early?

And what affects might it have on the others services from starting as usual.

I notice they never start in any set order, or at least i don't think so by default, so is there a simple enough manual way to organize their preferred services to begin at the the users discretions?

And yes i'm in the woods on this and why i'm asking. Thanks

    Links are welcome of course.

Thanks DVD+R but i'm already using r2studios Startup Delayer but it does nothing to affect services, only startup apps, BUT IT DOES HELP WITH THAT.
