Yep, some of those myths are really funny. [IMG]
    Code:
Myth - "Limited User Accounts are a Realistic Security Solution."

Myth - "Special AntiSpyware Hosts Files are necessary to prevent Spyware infections."

Myth - "It is impossible or difficult to secure Windows XP from Spyware, Malware or Viruses."
Well, system restore service should be called "Malware and Sytem Restore". [IMG]

Cleaning the Prefetch can decrease performance, but it will increase privacy, does not it?

No offense, I just consider it useless as well as proxy and etc, only my opinion of course. ;)
Prefetch saves, which aplications were running in the past to be able to run them faster later, so when it is deleted, it is harder to find out, which aplications were running, is not that so?

    See http://blogs.msdn.com/aaron_margosis/archive/2004/06/17/157962.aspx and http://blogs.msdn.com/aaron_margosis/archive/2004/06/25/166039.aspx

And why is this a privacy issue?

Thanks for links, I know about it, I meant, that for me it is useless, I do not recommend it. ;)
Lets say, that I would run some ilegal programs and based on my tracks anyone could find out.

Why is it useless to not expose your complete system to any malware o_O

If really somebody is interested in finding out there are other ways to do this (e.g. registry entries).

I have secured my system, but it does not matter, as long as we are both safe, there is nothing to worry about, lets just keep talking about the topic, I do not want to spam. ;)

I forgot the other settings...o_O  :D But i didn't "touch" and follow other setting suggestions on it coz I hesitates if it really necessary changing them... :ninja:
