I am not sure if those will work or not, But I use xp pro and the defragger seems to work very well and It is fast, and and xp tends to not fragment files as bad as the 9x os's.

I use both, but those are not disk defragmenters. XP's defrag works well. This has worked well for me too (and it's free): http://www.dirms.com/.

I have XP home, and the defrag does a pretty good job IMHO. ;)

You can also defrag your prefetch file using the command prompt.

Open the command prompt type defrag (space) C: (space) -b

Seems to rev my system up a bit.

Don't worry you can quote me on that ... even when I screwed it up an need a little Wilders' help ... I'm never worried about it ... I always straighten it out sooner or later ... But the whole time ... I'm always killing myself laughing ... PC's will always run into little problems ... so it's great if you don't let it get upset ... take a step back and enjoy your predictment a little bit ... it's always health to have a laugh at one's self. ;)

Sorry All ... that this was OT from the original thread ;)
