lets try and bring this back on topic.

alot of this information floating around is based upon people's asumptions; basically due to us having to fill the blanks that steve leaves after either dodging the question or supplying a vague answer. Most of us can only guess that since steve is the front man for everything xerobank that he's the one running the show and that all the others are just suppliers of services, they really don't work for the company, they provide third party services.

everyone would like to now why someone running a privacy service would use a hop in the US, wouldn't use somewhere like germany or netherlands for an entry/hop. even if we know they log at least they are only logging encrypted information and even ip addresses are useless if it only shows were going onto the next node. The problem remains that the US has a blank cheque when it comes to data logging, there aren't any laws governing how information is kept.

but we're been around this cycle before and we'll be no closer to getting a clear picture.

Fuzzy, that doesn't get you back on topic, that is just further derailing. If you want to discuss xerobank operations, i suggest using the xerobank forum. We'll be glad to discuss all of that info at length there. Till then you're wasting time with attempted rehashing here.
