www Clipboard copy protection ?

Hi, does/would PSOL prevent clipboard copy as described here - http://www.broadbandreports.com/forum/r24670530-Tracking-the-Copy-to-clipboard-action

Sounds very devious as to why they would do that And if they can, so can ANY other www

 

I personally haven't ever heard of that, but it is indeed quite strange I would suspect that SafeOnline would not prevent it as the content is served from the same website - if code tried to inject itself into the browser to then steal data copied like this, it would be blocked, but we wouldn't fundamentally block the function from communicating back as there are likely legitimate applications of doing so (and regardless, the page itself would already be aware of all content).
