Is it OK to have both Webroot Security Anywhere Antivirus and Microsoft's Windows Defender with real-time protection enabled? I seem to recall it was an issue with PrevX. Should Windows Defender's real-time protection be disabled when used with WSA?
Or is Windows Defender a complete waste of time? !!!
    Thanks.

You can if you want for an extra layer of protection and if you have any issues just report back!
