Wormguard

I have downloaded and installed the wormguard demo, and when I right click it and try to run as, it says wormguard has a problem and needs to close. Is there a way to get wormguard to search my computer for worms, or does it only work when a worm is active? Paul Duffey

 

Hi Paul, welcome to the forum!
WG as such is not a scanner, but when you open a suspicious file it will block it telling you what's wrong and giving opportunity to look in the source in the safe mode.


But let's first try to get it properly working on your system!
Which windows version are you using and did you close every av/at at installing and maybe reboot after that?
