WmiPrvSE.exe and unsecapp.exe

Before I installed System Explorer, I don't think I saw this processes before, after I installed System Explorer, I started seeing them. My question is that how can I stop these from running? (or should I?) WmiPrvSE.exe is giving me a 6% idle CPU usage (is it normal?). I replaced System Explorer because I liked Process Hacker and the notifications it's giving me, about running process, terminated process. So my guess is that WmiPrvSE.exe and unsecapp.exe is no longer needed, (my guess is that System Explorer needed it for its WMI browser)
Nevermind, I found out the cause of its running, I think it's Adfender. Please close this now.
