With LNS 2.05p2 port 1720 is open!!

Hello,
First of all my details:
Windows 2K SP4. Cable modem connection with static IP.

Well, I ran all test from grc.com site. File sharing test was passed, all service ports passed too, but the test common ports test show that my port number 1720 is OPEN. It said that I've this port open, because I'm running Microsoft Netmeeting. That doesn't correct, I don't have Netmeeting.
I've TCP Stateful Packet Inspection enabled and I'm using the enhanced rule set. The strange is that at sygatetech.com LNS passed all test and in grc.com the all service ports and file sharing are passed too.
Note: I've IP telephone. My Cable Modem is connected to a devide called Redvoiss, and Redvoiss "send" the signal to the computer and the telephone. Is for that that I've static IP.
Any idea?

 

That could be the culprit for an open 1720 too. Can you set the app only to open this port
