Thanks for posting your list. I'll use UAC disabled, because my UAC is silent (auto-elevate).

Does anybody know how to remove the list and return to the defaults?

There are 2 methods to do it:

    1) Via registry:
    - press Windows Start button and type: regedit.exe
    - open key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\BillP Studios\WinPatrol\RegLock
    - then select all registry entries on the right side of regedit window and delete them (Do NOT delete first on list "Default" entry).
    - now open key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\BillP Studios\WinPatrol\RegOptions
    - select all registry entries on the right side of regedit window and delete them (Do NOT delete first on list "Default" entry).
    - now download file I attached and change extension from .txt to .reg and double click on them - done.

    2) Via WinPatrol Registry Monitoring Tab:
    - select and delete one by one existing entries (please note you can select all entries but you won't be able to delete all of them by one click)
    - now download file I attached and change extension from .txt to .reg and double click on them - done.

Trying it again, this time UAC enabled list. Mine is technically enabled. The other one drove me crazy...
