windows vista firewall & icmp

    iam running vista home basic.and windows firewall with advanced security. but i fail the shieldsup.i tryed to change the icmp settings but i can't find the option to change icmp.i whent to change settings. advanced and the only thing there is the option for default settings.thats logged on as admin or not.o_O the only way i can pass is to use the default settings.does the home basic version not let me change the icmp settings o_O
