    Just a small update about the ALG service. I've done a little more digging around. You wouldn't want to remove it completely, which can be done with nLite or Bold_Fortune's aproach of removing windows components. Then Windows firewall won't run at all. It only needs the files, just not the running service.

    But why would you want the Windows Firewall? ;)
