Windows picture and Fax viewer replacement.

    Hi,
    I would like to replace Windows' Picture and fax viewer with one that ADDs the ability to grab and move the picture around much like one can do with pdf files. The only other function I really need is the ability to zoom in very easily with mouse wheel (this function is already available in windows' picture viewer).

    IrfanView and XnView are both good.

    Hi,
    I have checked those apps out. They do not have those features Im looking for. Thanks for your input nonetheless.
    Any other ideas?
