In the Windows Store, I typed Kaspersky under search and this is what turned up.

It appears like the publisher is Windows Market which I can't find any information on. All the apps appear to be updated on 8/20/2014 and most have no reviews. The GUIs all appear very similar, all are at version 1.0.0.0 and all show a size of 1MB.

    Is someone phishing here?

yes, scam. If you search for any major AV producer you will find a fake by the same above company
    I have also reported it...

Not to mention the fact that even the real apps are a scam because on Windows Phone they don't actually do anything.

How is that numerous obviously fraudulent apps posing as well known products could appear in the store? Is there zero review process? Some vulnerability in the marketplace?

Well, Microsoft changed the certification process. So, hopefully this will reduce drastically the scam applications in the store.
