    Thanks for the info, but this is _one_ of the aplications which defenetly won't see my harddisc :)

    thanks for the info...i just updated. i don't know why they don't have a "check for updates" choice under tools...or an automatic check for updates under options. and, it dosen't even tell you which build the current download is on the microsoft site for windows live messenger. they sure make it difficult to keep current with the latest build.

    Looks good and and runs smoother than v 7.5... but it's Adware. Has adverts on the main window and a seperate pop up window page full of Ads (although you can check a box so that this window doesn't pop up again).
