    Hello,

I've recently installed TI Home 2009 on a Vista ulitmate OS.

I have annoying problem. When I go to create a backup task and select MyData to backup, I receive a Sign In with Windows Live ID popup box.
I do not receive this popup for any other task.

I have never received this popup box before. This started when I installed TI 2009.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

What build of Ti2009 your are using?

(to get it: press ALT-key to get the menu. Under Help you can find the build number)

If you have build 9646 I suggest to open an issue at Acronis' website...

    Hello kiekar,

Thank you for your interesting in Acronis True Image

Set hidden files to be visible in Windows Explorer -> Go to "documents and settings/username" ie your own user name folder using Windows Explorer -> Cancel the annoying Live ID popup box -> You will see a hidden folder called NetHood -> Inside that folder resides an item called "My web sites on MSN" -> Delete that item.

    Best regards,
